CSR活動報告：ウクライナ人道支援への寄付および平和と公正な社会への取り組みについて
2022年2月24日、ロシア連邦は「特別軍事作戦」と称し、ウクライナへの全面的な軍事侵攻を開始しました。この侵攻は、国家主権および領土保全という国際社会の基本原則を揺るがす行為として、多くの国や国際機関から強い懸念と非難を受けています。現在も戦闘は継続しており、多くの民間人が犠牲となり、住宅、医療機関、教育施設、社会インフラが広範囲に破壊されています。数百万人規模の人々が避難生活を余儀なくされ、生活基盤の再建が困難な状況が続いています。本紛争は単なる地域問題にとどまらず、国際秩序、世界経済、安全保障環境にも大きな影響を及ぼしています。
咲花商事株式会社は、この戦争により困難な状況に置かれているすべての方々に心よりお見舞いを申し上げるとともに、一日も早い平和の実現を願っております。当社では企業の社会的責任（CSR）の一環として、2026年1月25日付で東京都認定NPO法人AAR Japan［難民を助ける会］を通じて、ウクライナ人道支援のために30,000円の寄付を実施いたしました。
（本寄付金は、避難民支援、生活支援、医療支援などの人道活動に活用される予定です。）
本紛争は、軍事的衝突という側面に加え、国際社会における政治体制や価値観の対立という側面からも語られています。多くの専門家は、本戦争を自由主義・市場経済を基盤とする社会と、国家統制を重視する体制との緊張関係の象徴的な出来事として捉えています。咲花商事株式会社は、日本という自由主義経済国家に拠点を置き、公正な市場取引、法の支配、人権の尊重、そして国境を越えた自由貿易を企業活動の基盤としております。当社は、これらの価値観こそが持続可能な社会発展と国際協調の礎であると考えています。また、当社代表である呉 仲翔は台湾出身であり、台湾社会が権威主義体制から民主化を経験し、自由経済のもとで発展してきた歴史を背景に成長してきました。この経験は、当社が掲げる企業理念や社会的責任に大きな影響を与えています。当社は、武力による現状変更や国家主権の侵害、また個人の自由や経済活動の自由を脅かす行為に対して強い懸念を抱いており、自由で開かれた国際社会を支える価値観を尊重する立場を明確にしています。
当社は農産物の輸出入を通じて、人々の生活を支える「食」の流通に携わっています。食料供給は平和で安定した社会環境があってこそ成り立つものであり、国際情勢の不安定化は世界的な食料安全保障にも大きな影響を与えます。咲花商事は、「Bloom Beyond Boundaries（国境を越えて咲き誇る）」という理念のもと、企業活動と社会貢献を通じて、平和で公正な社会の実現に寄与し、国境や文化を越えた交流と協力を支える企業として、持続可能な社会の実現に貢献してまいります。

CSR Activity Report: Donation for Humanitarian Assistance in Ukraine and Commitment to Peace and Justice
On February 24, 2022, the Russian Federation launched a full-scale military invasion of Ukraine under the designation of a “special military operation.” This invasion has drawn strong concern and condemnation from many countries and international organizations as an act that undermines fundamental principles of the international community, including national sovereignty and territorial integrity. The conflict continues to this day, resulting in significant civilian casualties and widespread destruction of residential areas, medical facilities, educational institutions, and social infrastructure. Millions of people have been forced to flee their homes, and the reconstruction of their livelihoods remains extremely challenging. This conflict is not merely a regional issue but has had profound impacts on international order, the global economy, and the security environment.
Blossom Trading Co., Ltd. extends its deepest sympathies to all those affected by this war and sincerely hopes for the swift restoration of peace. As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, on January 25, 2026, we made a donation of JPY 30,000 to support humanitarian assistance in Ukraine through AAR Japan (Association for Aid and Relief, Japan), a Tokyo-certified nonprofit organization.(This donation will be used to support humanitarian activities, including assistance for displaced persons, livelihood support, and medical aid.)
In addition to being a military conflict, this war is also viewed as a manifestation of tensions between differing political systems and values within the international community. Many experts interpret this conflict as a symbolic event representing the tension between societies based on liberalism and market economies and those emphasizing state-controlled governance. Blossom Trading Co., Ltd., headquartered in Japan, a liberal economic nation, conducts its business based on fair market transactions, the rule of law, respect for human rights, and free trade across borders. We believe these values form the foundation of sustainable social development and international cooperation. Furthermore, our representative director, Mr. ChungHsiang Wu, is originally from Taiwan and grew up within a society that transitioned from authoritarian governance to democracy and developed under a free economic system. This background has significantly influenced our corporate philosophy and sense of social responsibility. Our company holds strong concerns regarding attempts to alter the status quo through force, violations of national sovereignty, and actions that threaten individual freedoms and economic liberty. We clearly uphold and respect the values that support a free and open international society.
Through the import and export of agricultural products, our company is engaged in the distribution of food, which supports people’s daily lives. Food supply can only be sustained under peaceful and stable social conditions, and instability in international affairs has significant implications for global food security. Under our corporate philosophy, “Bloom Beyond Boundaries,” Blossom Trading Co., Ltd. strives to contribute to the realization of a peaceful and just society through our business activities and social contributions. We aim to support exchange and cooperation that transcend borders and cultures while contributing to the achievement of a sustainable society.

企業社會責任活動報告：關於支援烏克蘭人道救援及推動和平與公正社會之努力
2022年2月24日，俄羅斯聯邦以「特別軍事行動」為名，對烏克蘭展開全面軍事入侵。此一侵略行為被國際社會普遍視為動搖國家主權與領土完整等基本原則之行為，並受到眾多國家及國際組織的強烈關切與譴責。戰事至今仍持續，造成大量平民傷亡，住宅、醫療機構、教育設施以及社會基礎建設亦遭受廣泛破壞。數以百萬計的民眾被迫流離失所，生活基礎重建困難重重。本次衝突不僅是區域性問題，更對國際秩序、全球經濟及安全環境帶來深遠影響。
咲花商事股份有限公司對因戰爭而陷入困境的所有民眾致上最誠摯的慰問，並衷心期盼和平能早日實現。作為企業社會責任（CSR）的一環，本公司於2026年1月25日透過東京都認定之非營利組織「AAR Japan（難民救援協會）」捐贈日幣30,000元，用於支援烏克蘭人道救援行動。（本次捐款將用於難民援助、生活支援以及醫療援助等人道救援活動。）
